Tools support farmers with dryer process
The coffee harvesting cycle is once time a year in rainy season that’s not enough heat from sun to dry coffee jerry and farmer lack of technical knowledge in post harvest management that cause of low quality and product loss very high volume.
We use solar dryer system to supply heat to reduce products loss or waste and increase quality of our products to supply market.
We conduct a solar dryer and practical solar technical system on GMPs in coffee, Tea, and dry food processing. The practises will in details cover the drying process where comparisons between the open sun drying process and controlled solar drying process.
Farm Harvesting
We corporate with farmer growing coffee and we also buy more coffee bean from other community.

Birds tour guide
Some people in Cambodian rural communities hunt wild birds to feed their families. We advocate that live birds are a more valuable and more sustainable resource for these communities than dead birds, as birdwatching is a rapidly growing activity worldwide.
We therefore encourage people to protect birds instead of hunting them, and intend to generate additional income for people living by our coffee plantations, through guided birdwatching tours in these areas. We have already found that many interesting and sought-after species live in the nearby forests, and we will build bird hides at selected places.
Our strategic partner Mr. Christian Doerig-Tan, is a bird specialist with experience in guiding tours; he will train interested people in the communities to recognise local bird species by sight and sound, and thereby enable them to guide birdwachching tours in their areas.
